"I found out about Kim from a friend of mine. As soon as I messaged Kim within 5 minutes she asked if she could call me. Wow! She listened to what my fiance and I were looking for and had an immediate suggestion. She suggested El Dorado Seaside Palms because she had been there before and knew we would love it. She even sent me a personal video of her describing the resort. I could not have dreamed of a better location. She did the whole package and when our air reservation changed she was on top of it. She called me several days before the trip to give us detailed instructions and kept in touch with us during the trip. Kim knows her stuff! I have already told her we want to come back next year and to be working on our trip in the spring. Best Alaska Cruise tour ever

After being cancelled for 2 years due to Covid, we finally took our Holland America Alaska Cruise tour. Thank you Kimberly for recommending a cruise tour instead of a cruise alone. We enjoyed so much more during those extra days. Fabulous trip.
