Our day in Roatan was spent at Daniel Johnson’s Monkey and Sloth Hangout, a small family run animal sanctuary nestled in the small community of French Cay, Roatan, Honduras. What started out as a hobby for Daniel many years ago, has over the years grown into a safe and loving environment for many animals. All of the animals have a different history, but most of them have come from locals that have realized they are no longer capable of having the responsibility of owning the animals. any longer.
